BENEFITS AT A GLANCE
Cobb County Government provides Basic Life insurance for all full-time employees in an amount equal to two (2) times annual salary, rounded up to the next higher $1,000 to all employees, except Superior Court Judges who receive one (1) times annual salary.
AGE REDUCTIONS
Benefits reduce to 65% of the original amount at age 70 and to 50% at age 75.
Costs for this plan are paid 100% by Cobb County Government.
