TOBACCO CESSATION OPTIONS
1) The Wellness Clinic can help counsel and prescribe medication for employees to quit smoking.
2) Kaiser Permanente has “Breathe.” https://healthy.kaiserpermanente.org/health-wellness/healthy-lifestyle-programs/quit-smoking. Employees on the KP plan can take part in Breathe.
3) Anthem doesn’t have their own program, but rather than refer people to the US Dept of Health program, Smoke Free. https://timewellspent.anthem.com/employee-education/stop-smoking
