Employee Benefits - Important Notice

ATTENTION

January 22, 2016 - At this time, only group benefits are available to Hutcheson Medical Center employees.  These benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Group Life, and Disabilty.  We are working towards offering individual benefit products at a later date.

2015 Benefits

Health Insurance –  Health benefits will continue to be administered by MCA Administrators. With no deductibles if using a Hutcheson facility, with 90% co-insurance. If you do not utilize Hutcheson for medical services, the co-insurance will be 80% / 20% with other Cigna network providers.  There will not be an additional fee for inpatient or outpatient services.

Dental Insurance –Delta Dental will continue to provide dental insurance at the same payroll deduction rates.  To locate a Delta Dental provider go to www.DeltaDentalTn.com.

Vision Insurance – EyeMed will continue to provide vision insurance at the same payroll deduction rates.   To locate a provider go to www.eyemedvisioncare.com.The plan provides a vision exam, lenses or contacts every 12 months and allowance for frames every 24 months. 

Group Life Insurance – including Employee Supplemental, Spouse and Child Group Life: The Hartford will continue to provide group life insurance at the same rates. Your payroll deduction costs for supplemental life may increase only if you or your spouse changes age brackets. 

Flexible Spending Account Administration –MedCom of Jacksonville, FL will continue to administer our FSA plans.

Individual Life and Aflac Products – New policies will not be taken this enrollment period. Existing policies will remain in force.

Employees can view their current Election Forms through BenefitsAccess.  Employees will need to log in for access.
