Additionally, the Long Term Disability plan through Lincoln Financial includes EmployeeConnectSM services, which gives employees and family members confidential access to counselors as well as personal, legal, and financial assistance to help improve quality of life.
Employees do not have to elect LTD coverage to be eligible for this benefit.
Lincoln includes 5 face-to-face sessions with a counselor per person, per issue, per year.
Confidential help 24 hours a day, seven days a week to get emotional, financial, legal assistance, among others.
