    Consolidated Administrative Services – CAS

    PLAN YEAR – June 1st through May 31st

    Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) allow you to have pre-tax money deducted from your paycheck to reimburse yourself for certain expenses. Since contributions are made through payroll deductions with pre-tax dollars, you decrease your taxable income and thereby increase your take-home pay.

    MAXIMUM ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS

    • 2022-2023 Plan Year – The Maximum Annual Employee Contribution to the Health/Medical FSA account is $2,850.
    • 2023-2024 Plan Year – The Maximum Annual Employee Contribution to the Health/Medical FSA account is $3,050.

    ROLLOVER PROVISION

    2022-2023 Plan Year. Health/Medical FSA Accounts can Rollover up to $570 of unused account balances to the following Plan Year. The Rollover will not change the Run-Out Period.  

    2023-2024 Plan Year. Health/Medical FSA Accounts can Rollover up to $610.

    PLAN DOCUMENTS & FORMS

    CLAIMS DEADLINE:
    You must submit claims for reimbursement within 60 days after the end of the Plan Year. (Dates of service must be within the Plan Year).
