Voluntary Group Term Life Plan
Employer groups typically offer their employees Group Supplemental Life as part of an extensive benefits package. This coverage is paid for by the employee and can be purchased up to 5X an employee's salary. Most carriers will allow guarantee issue for first time enrollees.
