Short Term Disability Plan
Most employers offer either group or voluntary Short Term Disability. These plans allow employees to insure a weekly income in case of an illness or accidental injury and to bridge the gap between sick leave days and long-term disability. Under many plans, the elimination period (number of continuous days of total disability before payment begins) will vary based on the carrier chosen. The weekly benefit is scheduled not to exceed 60% of employee salary. The following are a list of Providers that we will solicit Short Term Disability quotes:
