Long Term Care Insurance Plan
As an additional voluntary product, many employers are extending their benefit offerings to include a long term care product. As the cost of medical and health insurance are rising, so are the cost for nursing home and in home care. To help alleviate these costs at an older age, many employees are purchasing Long Term Care insurance at earlier ages to help reduce the stress on siblings/children as they grow older.
