Houze & Associates, Inc. works with our clients not only prior to and during enrollment, but we will assist in clean-up and follow-up post enrollment. Composite Enrollment

Since the enrollment is done electronically during benefits enrollment, Houze & Associates, Inc. will work with the carriers and your technical staff to provide one file to upload into your payroll/benefit system. This file will include the information required by your specific system for Annual Enrollment payroll deductions. This eliminates errors of manual input and changes to your payroll system. Likewise, Houze & Associates will provide an electronic file to the carriers for benefit elections/changes. If however, a carrier requires a paper form, Houze & Associates, Inc. can impose the information gathered during open enrollment onto the carrier form. Included is the employees signature which was captured on the signature pad during the enrollment meeting with the Houze & Associates Benefit Counselor. Likewise, if you (the employer) require a hardcopy of the enrollment form or benefit election form, we can provide those to you to include in the employees Human Resources file. Even if paper is requested, the electronic file will be generated to upload into your payroll system. We have technical support resources on staff to assist you (or your Information Technology Resource) for file format/upload and other technical questions for increased efficiency in Annual Enrollment processes.

Dedicated Website

In addition to Internet Enrolling and Open Enrollment Information hosted on a dedicated website, Houze & Associates, Inc. will provide ongoing updates. The website content will be updated throughout the year with additional information on your employee benefits. For a sample website, go to http://www.houze.org/sample Secti.ons are dedicated to each benefit as well as a Forms section that houses enrollment forms for new employees, claim forms, evidence of insurability forms and service forms. We will work with the carriers and employers to ensure pre-completed documents that include group name, group number, etc. This is especially liked by employers for a single location for all Human Resources Benefit needs. Employees enjoy the convenience of one point of information on benefits, claims and Frequently Asked Questions. Houze & Associates, Inc. will provide an Account Manger for our clients to utilize for questions or issues with carriers/coverage where Houze & Associates, Inc. is the broker/agent. We realize your employees’ and your time is valuable. Houze & Associates, Inc. will work to reduce your time spent with questions on claims, benefit coverage or general questions.
