New Employees Enroll Now!
New employees must enroll in two places: 1) Troup County Benefits and 2) State Health Medical. See below!
1) Troup County Benefits enroll one of the following ways:

Self Service through this website
PIN # will be first 4 letters of your last name followed by the 2 digit month and the 2 digit year of your date of birth. Ex: John Smith, DOB May 25, 1976 would be: SMIT0576
Make an office appointment 706-882-2864
2) State Health Medical enroll through ADP:
New Georgia School System Employees must also enroll for State Health Medical Plan through https://myshbpga.adp.com/shbp/ within 30 days of your START Date. Use SHBP-GA as your Registration Code.
Employees transferring from another GA system will continue with their existing Medical Plan until the next Annual Enrollment Period.
