Enrollment completed on April 30th for the New Plan Year starting July 1st. Elections will begin on your June paycheck.

Wellness Promise Can Now Be Completed - Deadline is 4:30 PM May 31, 2013!!!
Eligible SHBP covered employees and their covered spouses who enrolled in the 2013 Wellness Programs can now complete the 2013 Wellness Promise to continue to take advantage of lower premiums, copayments, coinsurance, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums for the 2014 Plan Year.
Remember that this is a team event. Both you and your spouse (if covered by SHBP) must complete all requirements to remain eligible for Wellness rates in 2014.
Extra HRA Credit Bonus - $480 for Plan Year 2014
Completion of the above Wellness Promises will also generate up to an additional $480 in 2014 HRA credits ($240 each for employee and spouse).
This credit can also be earned by employees NOT in the 2013 Wellness Program by completing the Year 1 Participant steps.
New Generic Drug Savings Information
Many brand name drugs are coming off of patent protection and generic drugs at significant savings are available. The two links below provide information on the generic availability and potential savings.
