Flex Spending Account Plan

Houze & Associates has been administering Flex Spending with employer groups since the late 1970's. We provide both medical and dependent care processing with paper claims as well as debit card technology. The SmartFlex card allows for employees to make purchases that qualify under IRS regulations.

Tax-free dollars deposited into an employee spending account reimburses them for a maximum amount per year. Claims are processed monthly, on or around the first of each month by Houze & Associates, Inc. Eligible expenses must be incurred during the plan year and a claim must be filed within 60 days after the end of the plan year.
