About Us

Houze & Associates, Inc. is located about sixty miles southwest of Atlanta in LaGrange, Georgia. Since 1976, we have been designing, implementing, enrolling and administering employee benefit plans for employees throughout the Southeastern United States.

Houze & Associates, Inc. provides agent and brokerage services and maintains a working relationship with the majority of employee benefit insurers. In addition to the traditional brokerage services offered by many of our peers, Houze & Associates, Inc. provides worksite marketing and enrollment of employee benefit plans using the latest technology with our proprietary worksite electronic enrollment system and web-based Internet enrolling.

Our enrollment team is made up of experienced personnel who conduct enrollments in a professional manner, without high-pressure tactics. Our three-year persistency rate varies from 88% to 93%. We developed our own laptop enrollment system to accommodate new and existing core benefits, as well as any ancillary benefits desired. Our system assures accuracy for insurers and our client's payroll department.

We demand excellent service from the insurance carriers we represent, as well as our own customer service personnel. We work for, and with some of the largest and most productive employee benefit agents and brokers in the industry.

Houze & Associates, Inc. currently administers all, or a portion of, the employee benefits for approximately 300 employer groups.

Our objectives include providing for our clients the most cost effective employee benefits package available. Our goal is to take the hassle out of annual enrollments for clients while educating their employees as to the value of the benefits and how to use them.
