Benefits at a Glance

• Select the amount of weekly benefit needed, from $50 to $700 (not to exceed 70% of earnings).
• Benefits begin the first day of disability due to an accident.
• Benefits begin the eighth day of disability due to sickness.
• Benefits are payable as long as you are totally disabled, up to 180 days.
• Maternity Benefits are paid the same as for an illness.

• No benefit will be paid if you are collecting Workers Compensation benefits.
