This Term Life Insurance provides a low-cost level death benefit coverage to age 95, with premiums remaining level for Ten, Fifteen or Twenty years, depending on the plan you select. Premiums increase annually after initial guarantee period. The premium is guaranteed to remain level during the full term period selected and will increase annually thereafter.
Portability - Policies can be continued at the same rate even if you no longer work with Coweta County Board of Education.
Convertibility - Policies can be converted to any currently issued permanent coverage at any time after the first policy year and prior to the anniversary at attained age 80.
Employee - Amounts available - $50,000, $75,000, $100,000, $150,000 or more up to $250,000 Spouse - Amounts available - $50,000, $75,000, $100,000, $150,000 or more up to $250,000. Coverage not required on employee to cover spouse. Children - Add a child rider to your policy or to a policy on your spouse covering each child in your family for $5,000 each.Underwriting Rules - Satisfactory evidence of insurability is required for all amounts of coverage on employee, spouse and/or children. Preferred or discounted rates may be available for amounts over $100,000 if applicant qualifies based on medical conditions and history.
Rate Categories -
Non-Smoker - No Tobacco Use within last 36 months- Select Tobacco - No Cigarettes within last 36 months. Pipe, Cigar and Smokeless Tobacco Acceptable
- Smoker - Any Tobacco/Cigarette use within last 36 months
- Age - Nearest Birth Date to Issue date of policy.
